SmartTrader Tools Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the SmartTrader Tools ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and the Company’s Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 1 January 2023 and will be active until further notice. ("Promotion Period").

3. How to Participate

To participate in this promotion, clients must:

Have a live trading account with Vantage;
Deposit a minimum of USD$1,000; and
Opt-in to the Promotion via website.

4. Bonus or Reward Structure

Eligible clients will receive an email titled “Access our SmartTrader Tools suite,” providing instructions to download the appropriate SmartTrader Tools package for the MT4 or MT5 platform (PC only). Clients may follow the provided guides to integrate their chosen Expert Advisor(s) into their trading platform chart.

5. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Violates any of the Terms;
Engages in abusive trading practices, such as churning or suspicious trading activity; or
Provides false information or engages in fraudulent activities.

6. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion including removing the credit reward and forfeiting the profits generated from its use. This may occur due to violations of the Terms or in case of abusive or suspicious trading behaviours. The updates will be provided on the Vantage website and APP.

7. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

1. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

2. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, see the Client Agreement on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP and ECN accounts. Cent accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. Clients are prohibited from using trading credits for hedging positions. Vantage may revoke any trading credit or profits generated with the use of trading credit if violations are detected.

4. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.

5. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

6. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
