V-Wallet 迎新礼包活动条款与条件

1. 简介

本条款与条件（以下简称“条款”）适用于由 Vantage Global Limited（以下简称 “Vantage” 或 “本公司”）推出的 V-Wallet 迎新礼包活动（以下简称“本活动”）。Vantage Global Limited 是一家在瓦努阿图金融服务委员会（VFSC）注册的公司，注册号为 700271。参与本活动即表示您已阅读、理解并同意遵守本条款。

2. 活动时间

本活动自 2025 年 8 月 28 日起至 2025 年 9 月 11 日止，活动时间以系统时间为准 (以下简称“活动期期限”)。

3. 参与资格

本活动面向符合以下条件的所有 Vantage 客户开放：

从未为其 V-Wallet 钱包账户入金；
必须为符合条件的国家/地区居民。

如您在活动期间未看到该活动，则表示您不符合参与资格。Vantage 保留在无须事先通知的情况下，自主更改或终止本活动的权利。

4. 参与要求

客户需满足以下条件方可参与：

通过客户端或应用程序选择参与本活动；
首次单笔向 V-Wallet 钱包账户入金不少于 USDT 300；
多笔充值将不会合并计算以满足最低入金要求；
首次充值必须来源于外部钱包或交易所，从 Vantage 交易账户转入 V-Wallet 的资金将不计入首次入金，并将自动取消本次活动资格；
在 STP、ECN、Premium、Perpetual 或 Copy Trading 账户中完成不低于 300,000 美元的名义交易量。

5. 奖励结构

在活动结束后，Vantage 将审核所有符合条件的账户，并根据系统记录的完成时间，按先到先得的方式，向前 1,500 名完成所有要求的客户发放 100 美元的信用券，发放时间为最多 15 个工作日内。
100美元的代金券自发放日起 15 天内有效，仅限单次交易使用，逾期未使用则自动作废。
有关代金券的使用要求详见附录。

6. 取消资格

Vantage 保留取消以下参与者资格的权利：

违反本条款中任何规定者；
参与滥用性交易行为者，例如频繁开平仓（churning）或其他可疑交易活动；
提供虚假信息或从事欺诈行为者。

7. 修改与终止

Vantage 有权自行决定修改、暂停或终止本活动或本条款，包括取消已发放的信用奖励及没收因使用该奖励而获得的利润。若发生违反条款或存在滥用或可疑交易行为的情况，Vantage 可立即采取行动。所有更新将通过 Vantage 官方网站及应用程序公布。

8. 当地法律与司法管辖权

本活动受瓦努阿图法律和法规约束。参与本活动即表示您同意，所有因本条款产生的争议应适用瓦努阿图法院的法律管辖权，并在其司法范围内解决。

9. 数据保护与隐私

参与本活动即表示您同意我们根据《隐私政策》收集及处理您的个人数据。该政策可在我们的官方网站上查阅。

10. 责任限制

客户可选择其指定的交易账户来使用信用券。代金券金额将在成功兑换后 24 个工作小时内自动记入客户账户。
该信用券不可出金。但若客户通过使用该代金券进行交易而获得利润，该部分利润可按照正常的提现流程申请出金。请注意：任何交易亏损将从客户的账户余额中扣除，而不是从代金券金额中扣除。
若客户选择出金其部分或全部的本金和/或利润，其账户中的一部分或全部交易信用金额将被按比例扣除。

定义

1. 系统时间指 MetaTrader（MT）平台的系统时间，根据夏令时调整运行于 GMT+2 或 GMT+3。

2. V-Wallet指 Vantage 平台面向符合条件的客户提供的加密货币钱包服务。该服务允许客户存储和管理加密货币。Vantage 提供钱包界面访问权限，但不运营、管理或代表客户持有任何数字资产。

3. 符合条件的客户指符合本条款中参与活动资格要求的客户。

4. 符合条件的国家/地区指客户可通过其客户端访问此活动的国家或地区，须遵守当地法律法规。

5. 频繁交易（Churning）指客户为了获取促销奖励，而非基于合理投资策略，在外汇或差价合约（CFD）账户中频繁开仓和平仓的行为。

6. 可疑交易行为指 Vantage 根据合理评估，认定会影响平台或市场诚信的行为，包括但不限于持有相反仓位、利用低流动性或价格差、或从事滥用性行为。详情请参阅官网的《客户协议》。

一般条款与条件

1. 本次活动仅适用于有效的 STP 和 ECN 账户。不适用于美分账户、USDT、BTC 和 ETH 货币账户，除非另有说明。

2. 由 PAMM/MAM 或资金管理人推荐的客户，除非另有说明，否则无资格参与任何 Vantage 的优惠活动。

3. 客户不得使用交易信用额度进行对冲操作。如发现违规行为，Vantage 有权撤销相关交易信用或由其产生的利润。

4. 新开户需通过 Vantage 的标准审批流程。客户在申请前应了解并遵守其所在国家/地区的相关法律法规。

5. 客户应确保其交易活动与自身风险偏好一致，本活动不应被视为改变客户风险承受能力或交易策略的手段。

6. 客户同意赔偿并使 Vantage 免于因参与本活动产生的任何索赔责任，包括违反条款或适用法律的行为。

7. 若本条款英文版本与翻译版本存在任何歧义，以英文版本为准。
