Vandrop 促销条款和条件
1. 简介

8. 当地法律和管辖权

合约订单 – 产品和库存
- 客户必须点击“使用”并选择符合条件的账户才能开设交易。
- 一旦使用，它将作为 1：1 杠杆的开放 BTCUSD 交易出现在“订单”-“免费订单”下。
- 该交易跟随美国市场交易时间内 BTCUSD 的价格走势。
- 收盘时的最终价值可能高于或低于 10 美元，具体取决于价格变动。
- 合约订单自兑换之日起有效期为7天，并显示在相应的差价合约凭证上。任何未使用的凭证将在到期后失效。
- 此凭证通过 CFD 提供合成衍生品敞口，并不代表任何基础资产的所有权。

定义
1. 系统时间是指 MetaTrader (MT) 系统时间，根据夏令时调整，以 GMT+2 或 GMT+3 运行。
2. 符合条件的国家/地区是指客户可通过其客户端访问促销活动的国家或地区，但须遵守当地法律和法规。
3. 名义交易量是指衍生合约仓位的总价值，由标的资产价格乘以仓位规模确定。
公式：名义交易量（美元）=交易手数 X 合约规模 X 标的资产收盘价 X 日终产品兑美元汇率。
4. 频繁交易是指仅仅为了从促销优惠中获益而开设或关闭保证金外汇或差价合约交易的行为，而不是根据合理的投资策略执行交易。
5. 可疑交易活动是指 Vantage 根据合理评估认定的任何损害其服务或市场诚信的行为，包括持有相反仓位、利用低流动性或价格缺口，或参与滥用行为。详情请参阅网站上的客户协议。
一般条款和条件
1. 此优惠仅适用于有效的 STP 和 ECN 账户。除非另有说明，否则 Cent 账户、BTC 和 ETH 货币账户不符合此优惠资格。
2. 除非另有规定，由 PAMM/MAM 或资金经理推荐的客户没有资格参与任何 Vantage 优惠。
3. 客户禁止使用交易信用赠金进行对冲仓位。如发现违规行为，Vantage 可撤销任何交易信用额或通过对冲产生的利润。
4. 新账户需遵循 Vantage 的标准审批流程。客户有责任在申请前了解当地法律法规。
5. 客户应确保其交易活动符合其个人风险偏好，因为此促销活动并非旨在改变客户的风险偏好或交易策略。
6. 客户同意赔偿 Vantage 并使其免受因参与优惠活动而产生的任何索赔（包括违反条款或适用法律）的损害。
7. 如果本条款的英文版本与任何翻译版本之间存在任何差异，则以英文版本为准。
