VANTAGE VIP 计划（测试版）条款和条件

Vantage VIP 计划 (BETA)（以下简称“计划”）由 Vantage Global Limited（以下简称“Vantage”或“公司”）向其客户提供，自 2025 年 11 月 3 日起生效。除非另有明确规定，否则本计划将按照以下条款和条件运作（以下简称“计划规则”）。

Vantage VIP 计划（测试版）是完整 VIP 计划的早期发布版本。测试阶段仅提供部分优惠。现有的 Vantage 奖励计划（包括 V-Points、优惠券兑换和现金奖励）将继续独立运营。因此，客户将能够使用其现有的奖励功能，同时享受测试版计划推出的全新 VIP 优惠。

计划规则管理公司与 Vantage VIP 计划会员（统称为“会员”或“客户”，单独称为“会员”或“客户”）的关系，包括会员如何获得和维持其等级，以及如何获得 Vantage 卡、优先客户支持、VIP 活动和生日礼物等专属福利。

员资格与申请条件

1. 通过在 Vantage 开设账户并完成第一级验证（电子邮件和手机 OTP），客户将自动以会员身份加入该计划。

2. 客户保留通过向[email protected]发送书面通知选择退出此计划的权利。

3. 客户继续参与该计划将自动被视为同意当前的条款和条件。

1. Vantage VIP 计划（测试版）共设 9 个等级。客户等级由其终身入金和90 天名义交易量（“维护期”）决定。

i. 超过五 (5) 分钟的交易的开仓和平仓双方都将计入本计划的名义交易量。

ii. 所有账户类型的入金和交易均计算在内，模拟账户、美分账户、PAMM/MAM 账户以及 BTC、ETH 或 USDT 账户除外。跟单交易账户中的跟单交易也计入名义交易量计算。

2. 系统每天上午 09:00:00（“系统时间”）刷新终身入金和 90 天交易量。

升级、降级/维护规则

1. 升级 - 如果客户同时满足终身入金和90天名义交易量要求，即可升级至更高等级，并在下次系统更新时自动升级，并开始新的90天维护期。

例如：一位客户终身入金1万美元，交易量500万，目前为VIP 1级。如果交易量达到1000万，将在下次每日更新时升级为VIP 2级。

2. 降级 - 如果客户在维护期结束时未能达到所需的交易量，则将根据其终身入金和名义交易量降级至最高合格等级。

例如： VIP 3 级客户在维护期内仅交易 1000 万名义交易量。由于 VIP 3 级客户需要交易 2000 万名义交易量，因此在维护期结束时，VIP 3 级客户将被降级为 VIP 2 级。

3. 维持 - 如果客户在维持期内达到其当前等级所需的交易量，则他们将继续保持在该等级。

4. 一旦达到某个等级，终身入金将不会减少。维持和降级仅评估交易量。

专属福利

1. 客户可以获得与其等级相关的专属服务、礼品和资源。

2. 提供的福利由 Vantage 决定，并可能随时更改。完整详情请访问客户端。

V - Card

1. V-Card 优惠仅适用于公司指定的特定国家/地区的客户。如果此优惠未在客户端或应用程序中显示，则视为客户无法享受。

2. 该计划提供两种类型的 V-Card：

2.1. 白金卡

2.1.1. 适用于 VIP 0 至 VIP 5 级的客户。

2.1.2. 申请需要成功完成了解您的客户 (KYC) 验证，包括提交有效的身份证明 (POI) 和人脸证明 (POF)。

2.2. 黑钻卡

2.2.1. 适用于 VIP 6 至 BDC 级别的客户。

2.2.2. 申请需要成功完成 KYC 验证，包括提交有效的身份证明 (POI)、人脸证明 (POF) 和地址证明 (POA)。

3. 所有 V-Card 持卡人均可享受以下权益，这些权益将根据用户的 VIP 等级进行分级。详情请参阅V-Card 条款和条件。

3.1. 激活奖励：成功激活卡后将发放一次性激活现金奖励。

3.2. 基本现金返还：所有符合条件的交易都将享受标准现金返还。

3.3. 额外现金返还：将在特别促销期间，根据用户当前的 VIP 级别，应用额外的现金返还百分比。

3.4. 每月最高现金返还：每个日历月可赚取的现金返还总额有限制，根据用户的 VIP 级别分级。

生日礼物

1. VIP 4 及以上的客户每年将获得一份 (1) 生日礼物。

2. 修改或更新出生日期的客户将没有资格在同一年内获得额外的生日礼物。

3. 客户将通过电子邮件收到生日礼物的通知。

4. 生日礼品的有效期及到期日由相关第三方供应商的条款及细则决定。Vantage 对任何无人认领或已过期的生日礼品概不负责。

优先客户支持

1. VIP 5 及以上级别的客户可以通过专用渠道优先获得客户支持，并可获得更快的响应时间（视情况而定）。

定义

1. 系统时间是指 MetaTrader (MT) 系统时间，根据夏令时调整，以 GMT+2 或 GMT+3 运行。

2. 终身入金是指客户入金符合条件的账户类型的总金额。此金额累积后不会减少。

3. 名义交易量是指衍生合约仓位的总价值，由标的资产价格乘以仓位规模确定。

公式：名义交易量（美元）=交易手数 X 合约规模 X 标的资产收盘价 X 日终产品兑美元汇率。

4. 维护期是一个 90 天的周期，用于确定客户是否维持、升级或降级其当前等级。

一般

1. 此 VIP 计划（测试版）适用于所有账户类型，但模拟账户、美分账户、PAMM/MAM 账户以及以 BTC、ETH 或 USDT 计价的账户除外。

2. 某些计划和等级福利以及奖励可能受其各自的条款和条件的约束，具体规定另行规定。

3. VIP 计划（测试版）并非旨在改变或修改个人的风险偏好或鼓励个人以与其自身交易策略不一致的方式进行交易。

4. 会员应确保以符合其交易舒适度的方式操作其交易账户并遵守公司的适用条款和条件。

5. 新账户须按照 Vantage 的开户流程获得批准。个人申请者在申请 Vantage 账户前，务必查阅当地法律法规。

6. Vantage 保留自行决定拒绝任何申请或参与此计划或任何促销活动的权利，无需提供任何理由或解释。

7. 如果发现客户涉嫌欺诈行为或违反客户协议或计划规则的行为，Vantage 有权自行决定拒绝客户参与本计划。如有违反，Vantage 有权扣除、撤销或取消任何奖励、优惠券或促销优惠。

8. 为避免任何疑问，Vantage 不对与 VIP 计划（测试版）相关的任何损失、成本、费用或损害承担责任。
