1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Vantage Rewards: iPhone 17 Series & Gift Cards Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available during the following dates:

• Lucky Draw Opt-in Period: 10 September 2025 to 21 September 2025
• Tiered Reward Period: 22 September 2025 to 9 November 2025

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a STP, ECN, Copy Trading, Perpetual or Premium trading account with Vantage.
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in separately to both categories of the Promotion (Lucky Draw and Tiered Reward) via Client Portal or App;
• Make a minimum deposit of USD $500 during the Tiered Reward Period (22 September 2025 to 9 November 2025);
• Complete the required notional volume as specified in the Bonus or Reward Structure during the Tiered Reward Period (22 September 2025 to 9 November 2025).

  Only closed trades held for a minimum of ten (10) minutes after opt-in will be counted towards this Promotion.

Note: Clients who opt in only to the Lucky Draw but not to the Tiered Reward will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw, as eligibility is based on Tiered Reward participation.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

Part 2: Lucky Draw

• Eligible Clients who have opted in to the Lucky Draw and meet the minimum $500 deposit requirement during the Tiered Reward Period (22 September 2025 to 9 November 2025) will qualify for Lucky Draw with a chance to win the following prizes:

6. Prize Delivery

• Lucky Draw winners will be announced by 28 November 2025.
• iPhone 17 winners will be contacted by Vantage within 15 business days via email [email protected] and must provide Vantage with their full name, residential address, email address and phone number to arrange for the shipping of their prizes and is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information as per requirements. Vantage will not be liable for any failure in prize delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the winner. The information collected will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion.
• Winners must respond and submit the required personal details within three (3) business days of receiving the email notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in prize forfeiture.
• All prizes are subject to availability. In case of extraordinary circumstances where any prize under this Promotion becomes unavailable, Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute or replace the prize with an alternate item or voucher of similar value, or a cash equivalent up to the estimated retail value of the original prize, as determined by Vantage.
• Apple Gift Card will be sent virtually via email to the clients within 60 business days from the date Vantage contacts the winner.
• Physical prizes may take up to 90 days or longer to be delivered to the client’s address from the date Vantage contacts the winner.

7. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, such as churning.

8. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its sole discretion. This may occur in cases of violations of these Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the Promotion. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

9. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

11. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

4. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.
Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

5. Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.

6. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

7. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP and ECN accounts. Cent accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.

4. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

5. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

6. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
