VANTAGE VIP PROGRAM (BETA) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective from 3 November 2025, Vantage VIP Program (BETA) (hereinafter, the “Program”) is offered by Vantage Global Limited (hereinafter, “Vantage” or the “Company”) to its clients. The Program operates under the terms and conditions set out below unless otherwise expressly stated (the “Program Rules”).

The Vantage VIP Program (Beta) is an early launch version of the full VIP Program. During this Beta phase, only selected benefits will be available. The existing Vantage Rewards program, which includes V-Points, voucher redemption, and cash rewards, will continue to operate separately. Clients will therefore be able to access their current Rewards features while also enjoying new VIP benefits introduced under the Beta Program.

The Program Rules govern the Company’s relationship with members of the Vantage VIP Program (collectively, “Members” or “clients,” and individually, a “Member” or “client”), including how Members qualify for and maintain their tiers, and how they may access exclusive benefits such as the Vantage Card, Priority Customer Support, VIP Events, and Birthday Gifts.

MEMBERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY

1. By opening an account with Vantage and completing Level 1 verification (email and mobile phone OTP), clients will be automatically enrolled in the Program as Members.Clients reserve the right to opt out of this Program by sending a written notice to

3. A client’s continued participation in the Program will automatically be considered as agreeing to the current Terms and Conditions.

4. Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate any membership with or without cause at any time.

5. Vantage reserves the right to deduct, reverse or cancel any rewards, vouchers or other promotional incentives if Vantage has reasonable grounds to believe that a client is not acting in good faith, not being in compliance with any general terms and conditions, and/or involved in any suspected abuse or fraudulent practice.

TIERS

1. The Vantage VIP Program (Beta) consists of 9 tiers. A client’s tier is determined by their Lifetime Deposits and 90-Day Notional Volume (“Maintenance Period”).

i. Both open and close sides of trades which held more than five (5) minutes will be counted for this Program’s notional volume.

ii. Deposits and trades from all account types are considered, except demo accounts, cent accounts, PAMM/MAM accounts, and accounts denominated in BTC, ETH, or USDT. Copy trades in the copy trading accounts are also included in the notional volume calculation.

2. The system refreshes Lifetime Deposits and 90-Day Notional Volume daily at 09:00:00 AM (“System Time”).

Upgrade, Downgrade/ Maintain Rules

1. Upgrade - If a client meets both Lifetime Deposit and 90-Day Notional Volume requirements for a higher tier, they will be upgraded automatically at the next system refresh, and a new 90-day Maintenance Period will begin.

Example: A client with $10,000 lifetime deposits and 5 million trading volume is currently in VIP 1. If they reach 10 million trading volume, they will be upgraded to VIP 2 on the next daily refresh.

2. Downgrade - If a client fails to meet the required trading volume by the end of the Maintenance Period, they will be downgraded to the highest eligible tier based on their Lifetime Deposits and Notional Volume.

Example: A VIP 3-tier client trades 10 million notional volume only during the Maintenance Period. Since VIP 3 requires 20 million notional volume, they will be downgraded to VIP 2 at the end of the Maintenance Period.

3. Maintain - If a client meets the required trading volume for their current tier within the Maintenance Period, they will remain in that tier.

4. Once a tier is achieved, Lifetime Deposits will not decrease. Only trading volume is assessed for maintenance and downgrades.

EXCLUSIVE PERKS

1. Clients gain access to exclusive services, gifts, resources that are linked to their Tier.

2. Perks offered are defined by Vantage and subject to change from time to time. Full details are available in the Client Portal and Vantage App.

V-Card

1. V-Card benefit is available only to clients in certain countries as determined by the Company. Where this benefit is not displayed in the Client Portal or App, it shall be deemed unavailable to the client.

2. There are two types of V-Card available under this Program:

2.1. Platinum Card

2.1.1. Available to clients from VIP 0 to VIP 5 tiers.

2.1.2. Application requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of a valid Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Face (POF).

2.2. Black Diamond Card

2.2.1. Available to clients from VIP 6 to BDC tiers.

2.2.2. Application requires successful completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid Proof of Identity (POI), Proof of Face (POF), and Proof of Address (POA).

3. All V-Card holders are entitled to the following benefits, which are tiered based on the user's VIP level. Full details are available in the V-Card Terms and Conditions.

3.1 Activation Reward: A one-time activation cash reward will be issued upon successful card activation.

3.2. Basic Cashback: A standard cashback will be applied to all eligible transactions.

3.3. Additional Cashback: An additional cashback percentage will be applied during special promotional periods, determined by the user's current VIP level.

3.4 Maximum Monthly Cashback: A limit on the total cashback that can be earned per calendar month applies, tiered according to the user's VIP level.

Birthday Gift

1. Clients in VIP 4 and above will receive one (1) birthday gift per calendar year.

2. Clients who amend or update their date of birth will not be eligible to receive an additional birthday gift within the same year.

3. Clients will be notified of their birthday gift via email.

4. The validity period and expiry of the birthday gift are determined by the respective third-party provider’s terms and conditions. Vantage shall not be liable for any unclaimed or expired birthday gifts.

Priority Customer Support

1. Clients in VIP 5 and above receive priority access to customer support via dedicated channels, with faster response times subject to availability.

DEFINITION

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. Lifetime Deposits refers to the total amount a client has deposited into eligible account types. This value does not decrease once accumulated.

3. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.

Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

4. Maintenance Period is a 90-day cycle that determines if a client maintains, upgrades, or is downgraded from their current tier.

GENERAL

1. This VIP Program (Beta) applies to all account types, except demo accounts, cent accounts, PAMM/MAM accounts, and accounts denominated in BTC, ETH, or USDT.

2. Certain Program and Tier benefits as well as Rewards may be subject to their own set of terms and conditions, as specified separately.

3. The VIP Program (Beta) is not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their own trading strategies.

4. Members should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level and subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of the Company.

5. New Accounts are subject to approval as per Vantage’s account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with Vantage.

6. Vantage reserves the right to decline any application or participation in this program or any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explanation.

7. Vantage reserves the right to reject a client from participating in this program at its sole discretion if there is a suspected fraudulent activity or action found to be in violation of the Client Agreement or the program rules. In case of a breach, Vantage reserves the right to deduct, reverse or cancel any rewards, vouchers or promotional incentives.

8. For the avoidance of any doubt, Vantage shall not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses or damages that may be suffered in connection with the VIP Program (Beta).

9. Should Program materials be available in other languages, the English language version shall prevail in case of discrepancies.

10. Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the VIP Program (Beta) or any of its benefits at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
