1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Race to Win: Live Trading Contest ("Contest") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Contest, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and the Company’s Terms and Conditions.

2. Contest Period

The Promotion is available during the following dates:

• Registration Period: 1 September 2025 to 7 November 2025
• Contest Period: 15 September 2025 to 14 November 2025

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to new and existing clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in to Contest via Client Portal or App.
• Open a new contest account during the opt-in process.
• Fund the contest account with a minimum of USD500 once the account is approved.

Performance will only be counted after the client has both registered and deposited the required USD $500. If the deposit is made during the Contest Period, only trades from the deposit date onward will be counted. Refer to the Appendix for examples.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

Contest

• The Contest is split into two categories: Profit % & Profit Amount.

  Clients may participate in one or both categories. Each category will be accessible on separate pages within the Client Portal or Vantage App. To participate in both, clients must complete all the requirements as per clause 4 for each category.

• Participants are grouped based on their net deposit:

  Participants may experience changes in group tier during the Contest Period, based on their participating account’s net deposit. The final group tier will be determined based on the net deposit at the conclusion of the Contest Period.

• Clients may win prizes in both categories. However, if the same trading account is used to participate in both categories, the client will only be awarded the prize corresponding to the higher ranking achieved.
• All cash, credits and v-points prizes will be credited to the winners’ trading accounts within 15 business days after the Contest Period concludes.

Secret Mission

• All eligible clients in either contest category will be automatically enrolled in the Secret Missions.
• There will be four (4) missions during the Contest Period:

6. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, such as churning.

7. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Contest or any of the Terms at its discretion, including removing or deducting any credit bonus from a participant’s account and voiding any prizes. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the credit bonus. Any update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

8. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Contest is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

10. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Contest. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

1. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Contest, as specified in these Terms.

2. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Contest is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

3. Net deposit refers to the total deposit made from the registration date, after deducting any withdrawals made within the same period.

4. Profit % refers to the percentage gain or loss achieved by a client in the contest account during the Contest Period, calculated based on their profits, withdrawals, starting account balance, starting floating PnL, deposits, internal transfers, and cashback.

• Profits: Realized & floating gains or losses

  Withdrawals: Funds removed from the participating account after registration

  Accumulated deposits: Deposits into the participating account after registration

  Transferred in: Internal transfer into the participating account after registration and fulfilling clause 4

  Cashbacks: Accumulated cashback or rebates from promotions into participating account after registration and fulfilling clause 4

  Starting Account Balance: Balance at the time the participant registered and fulfilled clause 4

  Starting Floating PnL: Unrealized gains or losses on open positions at the time the participant registered and fulfilled clause 4

  *Note: Credits are excluded from the calculation.

5. Profit Amount refers to the total net profit generated in the contest account during the Contest Period.

6. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

7. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP and ECN accounts. Cent accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. Clients are prohibited from using trading credits for hedging positions. Vantage may revoke any trading credit or profits generated through hedging if violations are detected.

4. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.

5. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

6. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
